Cooking Instructions: Stovetop from frozen: 3 minutes on each side until golden brown, cover and keep on low heat for 6 minutes. Cook from frozen until an internal temperature of 74°C (165°F). Oven from frozen Preheat oven to 375°F. Coat each breast with a little oil and bake for 15 mins and turn and continue for another 5 mins.
