Chef Jeff Approved! Same great texture as the breasts and wings with a great crunch. Definitely could be a mild wing substitute ... finish by tossing in your favourite bbq, Thai, etc sauce and enjoy.
Cooking Instructions: Oven: Preheat oven to 218°C (425°F), bake meatless chicken tenders on a baking sheet in a single layer on the middle oven rack for 15 to 20 minutes turning once. Let stand for 2 minutes. Cook from frozen to an internal temperature of 74°C (165°F).
