Cooking Instructions: Ovens vary in temperature and power adjust cooking time accordingly.
MICROWAVE: Slightly open cover to vent and microwave 2-3 minutes then check internal temperature. Repeat 1 minute at a time until food reaches an internal temperature of 155°F (70°C). Rest 1-2 minutes before eating.
OVEN: Preheat Oven to 400°F (200°C). Remove lid and place container of cabbage rolls on a baking sheet and tent with tin foil. Bake approx. 60 - 75 mins or an internal temperature of 155°F (70°C).
